Hopelessly inquisitive, Bahadour is always looking for a challenge whether it is pitting himself against Gen Z in a startup (what's a GIF?) or taking on millennials in a crossfit box. Ultimately, he loves learning new things whilst playing the old wise man in the office. When not looking after a client, he goes hunting for new customers.
Raphaël is in charge of the product's technical decisions. Previously specialized in mobile app development, he keeps Gmelius servers switched on and supports the solution's development. During his free time, he gives courses to bachelor degree students at the Université de Savoie in neighbouring France or rides his motorbike through some valleys.
Alex focuses on the development of our mobile application. On his spare time, he enjoys (re-)watching Games of Thrones and riding his mountain bike.
Flávio is a data scientist at Gmelius. He uses his curiosity and passion for data to help the team make better decisions and improve Gmelius. When he's not looking for the next big AI trend, he's probably riding his motorcycle through the Swiss Alps.
Payam is the main voice behind our customer service. He is mostly known for sharing his good mood and addictions to pop-figurines and coffee around the office. If he is not answering queries, you will probably hear his laugh burst out somewhere close by.
David is a software engineer coming from Jura. Besides work, he is enjoying outdoor activities in the region after some years in Paris.
Florian Bersier is the founder and CEO of Gmelius, a groundbreaking platform that transforms business communication for Google Workspace users with its shared inbox and process automation solutions. A passionate skier and cyclist, Florian lives in the Swiss Alps with his wife and two young daughters. He holds a PhD in Complex Systems from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree from École Polytechnique in France. Florian is a Y Combinator Alumnus (YC S19) and a member of the Network of Excellence in Internet Science.
