How to manage business operations in Gmail

The joint email inbox is very helpful when collaborating. Especially if there are a lot of incoming emails Gmelius helps users sort the emails and assign them to the correct department.

Gmelius has allowed our team to keep our communications to our partners consistent and will enable us to assign emails to team members which we didn't have before.

Features are well thought-out and new ones are always being added. Somehow Gmelius does not feel cluttered or bloated though. It works the way I work.

Gmelius is seamless and looks like it was part of Gmail app itself. The UI is great and simple, automation settings once configured are awesome and make your life so much easier.

We were initially thinking of a separate solution like Zendesk, but were immediately fascinated when we learned about Gmelius. The biggest advantage is that we can work on our private Gmail accounts and shared Gmelius inbox simultaneously without any need to switch window, etc.

It is really helpful especially when working in an organization and you have a lot of projects that you are working with, it helps organize them and allows all the teammates in an organization have access to the important data that everyone needs to be aware of.

It’s helped us handoff emails to appropriate team members without forwarding emails and create solid workflows to ensure we are getting back to clients efficiently and effectively.

My favorite features: 1. The ability to tag colleagues in notes and share emails without needing to forward. This keeps all of our email threads neat and easy to follow and we all stay up to date with any replies...

We were looking for a way to collaborate on customer and client issues without a proliferation of email chains or people falling through the cracks and Gmelius does this really well.
