How does the free trial work? Is it available for all plans?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to our Growth plan for 7 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

What counts as a Gmelius user?

A user is defined as a Google or Google Workspace email account part of your Gmelius subscription. For example, it will be any Gmail account such as john.smith@gmail.com or any Google Workspace account such as jane@my-company.com.

What counts as an email conversation?

An email conversation is defined as a Gmail thread and regroups all the emails/replies part of this thread. An email conversation is created whenever a new Gmail thread is added to a Gmelius-powered workspace, e.g., a shared inbox, a shared Gmail label, a primary workspace with AI assistants.

Can I have team members on different plans?

Can I have users from different domains (e.g., clients) part of my Gmelius subscription?

Yes, you can invite any user or company as long as they have Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. Furthermore, our Pro and Enterprise plans make it possible to create specific groups if you need to segment users part of your subscription per client, department, ...

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you do not. You will only be required to produce your credit card information when you upgrade to a paid subscription.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Gmelius with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer.

Non-profit discounts are available for the Growth, Pro and Enterprise tiers starting at a minimum team's size of 5 users and follow this scale: 5-19 users = 30% off, 20+ users = 50% off.
