You can purchase Gmelius with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 20 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.

Yes, you can transfer up to 3 times per year your subscription to a different account or user. For detailed instructions, please read this article.
No, all members on your team must be on the same plan.
When you add a new user to your subscription or upgrade your plan, we immediately bill the pro-rated amount for your current cycle. When users are downgraded or removed, we will apply a pro-rated credit on your next invoice.
Yes, your Gmelius subscription is attached to your Google account, so you can use it on as many devices as you want.
We offer a 30-day refund from the original date of purchase. To get a refund, follow this link and cancel your subscription.
Please note that we don't offer partial or pro-rated refunds. However, we're happy to transfer the remainder of a subscription to another email address, whether to another account or to another person, such as a co-worker.
