What happens after my Growth trial is over?
After your trial expires, we'll automatically place you on our Free tier.
What is a Gmelius user?
A user is defined as a Google / G Suite email account.
Can I have team members on different plans?
No, all members on your team must be on the same plan.
How does adding and removing users work?
When you add a new user to your subscription or upgrade your plan, we immediately bill the pro-rated amount for your current cycle. When users are downgraded or removed, we will apply a pro-rated credit on your next invoice. What counts as a shared conversation?
A shared conversation corresponds to a Gmail thread shared with other Gmelius users, knowing that a thread can contain multiple emails or messages.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Gmelius with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 20 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.
What currency can I pay in?
We accept payments in US Dollars ($) and Euros (€).
Can I transfer my subscription to another email address?
Yes, you can transfer up to 3 times per year your subscription to a different account or user. For detailed instructions, please read this article.
Is my subscription valid on multiple devices?
Yes, your Gmelius subscription is attached to your Google / G Suite account, so you can use it on as many devices as you want.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
You're on a mission? We would love to help. If you are working on behalf of a non-profit, NGO or an educational institution you can send us an email and describe your organisation along with your 501(c)(3) document.
