Announcing Gmelius New Features and Functionality!
Gmelius has been designed right from the start to work natively from your inbox, and we kept our promise by continuously delivering features that improved your productivity, automated your outreach and facilitated your collaboration with your team.
Nearly two years ago, we set out to make your inbox smarter, and safer. Now we are on a mission to completely reinvent it. Yes, you read correctly. Gmelius proudly offers you all the tools needed to manage and build customer relationships from Gmail. We created for you and thanks to you, a lightweight collaborative CRM designed for the end-user first, fast to deploy and easy to learn and use. In the end, what could be better than a CRM that works natively from your inbox-your central communication and operations hub that you rely on every day!
From prospecting to customer support, Gmelius now offers a tool for each and every stage of your client relationship life cycle.
Our latest addition; Sequences and Shared Labels for Gmail. Sequences were added to our email automation suite and Shared Labels to our Collaborative set of tools. But as with all Gmelius features, lines are blurred, and all functionalities seamlessly integrate with each other.
So, what have we built?
Below, you’ll find a brief description of each of the new Gmelius features and how they’ll benefit your workflow.
Sequences provide an efficient way to automate your outreach. The feature lets you plan your outreach to a T by offering an efficient and intuitive way to send automatic actions and highly personalized email follow-ups based on interaction triggers at set timed intervals.
Sequences can be used either from your compose window or in a multi-stage campaign. The feature is that versatile, able to match up to different needs and purposes.
The overall process? Powerfully simple and designed to put your outreach in autopilot.
Immediate Benefits Delivered:
- No more lost opportunities due to lack of time,
- Scaling up made at last possible for small teams; you can scale up your outreach right away with multi-stage campaigns.

- Last but not least, you will be able to manage sales without leaving your inbox!
Gmelius Shared Labels were created to offer to teams a way to collaborate more efficiently and collectively handle customer relationships from their respective inboxes.
You can completely share an inbox, e.g., Shared Inbox for [email protected] or [email protected] mailboxes, or just a part of it, e.g., sharing a Gmail label with a team, assign and work on shared email conversations as you would exactly do from a help desk.
No expected learning curves involved, your helpdesk now has the look and the feel of your inbox. Moreover, the feature finally makes delegation possible in Gmail! Whether it is your assistant or a junior member of your team, you will be able to safely and effortlessly delegate your inbox, effectively collaborate and avoid off-shoot conversations that waste both your time and your energy.
Immediate Benefits Delivered:
- Increased transparency & accountability around your team emails
- Efficient and successful team collaboration
- Universal Application; this is a solution for sales, customer and other teams.
- Better emails: you get advanced email automation features, e.g., email tracking, sequences, inside your help desk!
Why stressing so much on the collaboration angle? Why so important? Customer relationships are no more linear and not the singular focus of a sales or customer support team. It is a joint venture. A strong loyal customer base is the outcome of a collective effort between sales, customer support, and product development teams. You expect from your CRM solution to offer you the tools to handle customer relations in 2018, not 1998.
Both features are included in our Business plan (14-day trial offered). I saved the best part for the end ;)
